By accessing or using the CecomX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

CecomX provides programmatic advertising technology including Demand-Side Platform (DSP), Supply-Side Platform (SSP), Ad Exchange, and white-label solutions. Specific service levels are defined in individual client agreements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal advertising practices
• Generate invalid traffic, clicks, or impressions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the platform's security or operation

5. Payment Terms

Fees are outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due according to the schedule specified. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

CecomX provides its services "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
